Your balance looks like it could be a match for our Series 380 which comes attached with a 1" deep shoe. Compare our specifications with yours to see if this matches up. There should also be a stamp on your metal channel that will indicate what strength option you'll need.

If yours is 7/8" deep, you'll certainly need the 15-029. This shoe doesn't come with any of our stock balances but we can help via custom order. I'll just need you to me show me the stamp on the metal channel and tell me the quantity of balances you'll need in order to draft a price quote.

Your stamp likely corresponds to our 2830 stamp option which is what we'll be using for these balances. This option will support a sash weighing 16 to 23 pounds.
