Thanks for posting! I am confident we have a replacement recommendation for the balances you have however, I'll need a bit more information to confirm the correct replacement.

I'll need to see the top plastic attachment from the balance to confirm the correct series balance.

Also the shoe from your balances appears to be a 1" shoe. However, I suspect that it could be 7/8", which would need to be a custom order. So you'll need to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe as well. Take a look at the diagram below for reference when measuring the bottom shoe.

If your shoe does measure 7/8", please also confirm the number of balances you are looking to purchase.

Thanks for confirming. Are there any similar windows in the home? If so, it is most likely that it will have similar balances. It is important to see that top guide to recommend the correct balance replacement.

Given that your shoe seems to be closer to 7/8", you'll need the 15-029 shoe, which means this will need to be a custom order balance; custom balances are non-refundable and non-returnable. I am confident we can get you the replacement balances but I'll need to see that top sash guide to ensure we are providing you with accurate replacements. 

I'll also need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase.

The top guide is still too damaged to make out the exact attachment you'd need for the top of your balances. 

There are two different options, the winged 19-005 or the non-winged 19-002. You'll need to take a look at each of these to confirm which is the correct replacement for your window. Since you have the pieces in front of you, it may be easier for you to make the comparison.

Please confirm if your top has wings or not and I'll still need to know the number of balances you are looking to purchase.

Once I have the confirmed number of balances, I'll be able to send the link over. That is the only piece of information I am missing.

As mentioned, there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom order.
