Window Balance

Question

I neglected to take photos of the balance(s) before removing them. I'm not even sure how to determine if they are in fact "worn out." One side keeps coming off its connection to the window frame. I've try to match my window balance to the ones on your website but I can't find any that resemble mind. I'd like to order two of these, assuming you carry this style. The balances are stamped: 29 2 BSI tg and measure 30" metal frame only

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
