Coil Spring window balance. The number on spring is 6/2sw

I need to know what to buy.

We should be able to help with this. However, I can't identify what you have here just yet. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe, preferably removed from the window?

Emily I did not remove the pivot shoe, it was raining ,but here is a another picture , track measures 1/2 inch.

I'm afraid I don't recognize this pivot shoe at first glance. The window track obscures most of it, sadly. Seeing it fully removed is the best way for us to help. Could you also write out the thickness and width of the pivot shoe?
