Window Balance

Question

I purchased some window balance on March 21st. But the sizes are different with the original item. The original item length is 35 inch, tip width is 1/2 inch, and the diameter is 3/8 inch. Do you have the similar items?

It appears that your window uses tilt in window spiral balances. For a 3/8" diameter, please review the Series 900. Take a look at the S900-35 for a 35" tube length. You will need to weigh the sash and compare the weight to the strength chart on the product page to choose the correct tip color to support the window sash.
