Window Balance

I have 4 windows with the same set of window balances that are not working. They squeak and prevent the window from closing all the way. This was stamped on the side of it, but searching for this yielded me nothing.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window? We'd like to see clear and up-close photos of the top and bottom fittings. Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Great, thank you! We can help supply this balance but it must be a custom order due to the blue "clip" shown in your last photo. That connects the spring and pulley system together and none of our stock parts has such a clip. Can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to order? I can draft a price quote from there.
