Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get?

Thank you kindly! Your balance would have to be a custom order due to the clip that connects the spring and pulley mechanism. Your sash is very heavy, however, so we have to look a little further into this. We'll reach back out as soon as we have more information.
