Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Lastly, how many balances are you looking to order?

Thank you! Can you confirm the stamp for the 19" balance? Does the 19" balance's shoe measure the same as the 24" balance? 

We can help supply this balance but it must be a custom order due to the special clip that connects the spring and pulley mechanism. Once the above is confirmed, we can get the ball rolling. 

Great, thanks. We still need to know the 19" balance stamp, however. I'm afraid we can't move forward without it.
