Evening,
One of the two window balances broke on a vinyl double hung tilt window. Looking to replace both balances and also order/replace with corresponding shoes.
On the balance was an imprinted 30C.
in the past I've used these shoes which seemed to work with my current balances.
but I just snapped another shoe as well.

It looks like you'll need the S770 channel balance with the 15-044 attached, which we can supply through a custom order. We just sent over an order link and price quote for you to review.
