Window Balance

Good afternoon,
Could you help me with this balance spring? I tried to get it in a store but couldn't, and I also need the pivot shoe. I'll attach the photos. Thanks. The balance spring measures 29" and has two pins. Thank you so much.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but it must be a custom order due to the style of your balance. Can you confirm the stamp on the balance tube? If there is no stamp, we will need you to weigh the window sash and tell us the precise weight.

Please note that custom orders are nonrefundable. There is also a 6 piece minimum and a 5-6 week lead time.

As for the pivot shoe, take a look at the 15-179. We recommend removing the old shoe and comparing the specifications to ensure they align. If there isn't a cut out in the window track, you'll have to make your own as shown in the video below.
