Window Balance

Question

Kinco non-tilt single hung windows. Aluminum. Balance is corroded and broken. Balances marked "28 3 HT CMC 4"
I've bought top sash guides for these windows from you in the past. This is the first time a balance has broken.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-30, S385-30, or S378-30 depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

Please make sure to double check your stamp. With a metal channel length of 30", the first two digits should read "29," which does appear to be the case by my eye.
