The only stamping is "27D" and "BSL." I don't have a photo of the mechanism installed in the window. If you need it I can disassemble another window and get a picture.
I can't tell which specific item available through you folks would be the appropriate replacement.

Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S351-28 or S390-28 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2740.
