Hi Wayne, thank you for posting,

It appears that your balance uses the 15-044 attachment which connects to the 15-216 pivot shoe.

This attachment will require a custom order balance. To further review, can we see how the balance installs at the top along with the length and number/letter stamp on the metal? Thank you!
