Window Balance?

A quick learner from Buckley WA says:
I have been on your website trying to correctly identify the part I need to order, but not sure of the correct part number. "14 A BS Caldwell" is stamped on the side area of the balancer. The overall length is 16 inches, and 5/8 inches wide at the widest spot in the metal frame. the metal frame alone is 15 inches. I hope the attached photos are helpful with identifying the part.

Thank you.

Thank you for posting, I would recommend S385-15 with a 1410 stamp option. You may want to weigh your sash to confirm that this option is correct for your balance.
