Window Balance

Hello,
I have a window balance that measures 3/8 x 30 inches long. It has numbers on the side which I photographed and enclosed. The wings on the balance shoe need to be replaced. Should I buy a new Balance or should I try to replace the shoe only? Would you also let me know the exact balance part I need.

To further assist you, could you send us a photo of the complete balance showing the nylon ends and the clip at the end of the cord?
