I can not seem to find this part... Can you please help

Can you confirm the diameter of the outer tube? I know it's a little stretched out, but try your best to determine its original size. I suspect it may be 5/8". If so, I'd recommend our Series 500 spiral balance, along with a bottom bracket like our 17-012.
