Window Balance 26 5 BW CMC 7

Hello,

I need to replace a window balance. The metal portion is 27 inches long, not including the plastic ends. The metal portion is 0.5" wide. The bottom plastic part is a little over an inch in depth.

The stamp reads "26 5 BW CMC 7".

It is for a Milgard, single hung, non-tilt window.

Please let me know what can be a good fit.
