Window Balance Cartriage

I have a Kinco Window that needs the balance Cart. replaced. The window is approx 6-7yr old. It has the markings: 29 3 EX CMC 11. The channel is 9/16 wide x 9/16 deep with hemmed edges and is exactly 30-in long. The top guide is similar to your 19-002 except that it has wings on the back like the 19-005. The bottom guide appears similar to the 15-004 guide. Can you please help me verify the part that I need to order. I am ready to order with the right advise!
