Hi - I had a customer looking for the plastic case for this part. The spring is about 12 inches.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the balance system in your photos. It sounds link you might be looking for new jamb liners, which a local millwork may be able to supply. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting!
