Good Afternoon.

I am looking for balance rails for 28 and 30 HDL side rails. Could you please assist me with finding these parts?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see photos of your balance fully removed from the window jamb to compare to our inventory. Please make sure to include the top and bottom of the channel to determine how it installs in the jamb. Thank you.

I can't be sure with the balance still installed but it's possible that you have something like the Series 770 channel balances. You'll need to confirm that your balance has a ribbed or plain channel and if it uses the same terminal clip at the end of the pulley cord.

If so, your balances would need to be customer-ordered to have a rivet installed at the top to accodicate your S-clips. We would also need to confirm the exact weight of the sashes supported by your 28" and 30" balances. We'll also need to know the number of each balance length that you need, with the minimum being two of each. Thank you.
