Window Balance Channel Assembly

Question

This is the failed part on our Atrium window which is stamped "27C". It is from the lower window which tilts out. Window was installed in 2005 by builder and I am the original owner. Atrium said they could not help as no warranty sticker or paperwork for window. Hopefully you can help me locate replacements. Thank you!

Hello, William. The company that made these balance for the Atrium window company has gone out of business. Take a look at our S795-27 channel baance with the 15-195 T-lock balance shoe. You should be able to use this as a replacement. Choose the 27C option if this is indeed a match for you.
