Do you have a window balance as in the attached picture?

Sure, we can definitely supply these parts. The clip looks like our 15-186, while the spring is our Series 190. Look these two parts over and let me know if you had any questions.

Thanks, this is very helpful. As long as I am repairing the window, I would like to replace the hardware at the other end of the spring (photo attached) and the clip at the top of the window that holds it into the groove in the frame (photo attached). Do you have these parts as well?

We definitely have these parts, too. That first part is called a pivot shoe, and our match would be the 15-180. For the tilt latch, see our 26-243. We also sell the 26-244 for the opposite side.

The how-to video I watched from Swisco for replacing a window coil balance shows the new balance as an assembly with the spring already attached. Will it be obvious once I get my parts how to attach the coil balance spring to the coil balance clip and the coil balance shoe?

It should be pretty obvious, yes. You install it just how it's already installed in your window now.
