Window Balance ID

Thanks for posting. This looks like an S795-33 Channel Balance. The T-Lock Shoe is the 15-195B Open Cam Shoe, sold separately. It is easy enough to swap this shoe out with the one that comes attached by default to this balance (the 15-195). The video below shows how.

You then have to choose a stamp option, which denotes the balance's strength. Your old balance's stamp is a bit unusual. To know what stamp to select, weigh the window sash this balance supports. You can then use that exact weight to choose the correct stamp option. Let us know if you have questions.
