Window Balance ID

Hello,
I need to replace the window balances in a customer window. Attached are some pics. What is throwing me off is the fact that the length of the balance is 34" but the part number starts with a 33.

Thanks for posting. See the S395-34. Compare and see if this matches what you seek. For a stamp option, your old stamp is an outmoded rating system. That '37' likely indicates you need a 37 pound sash. If so, choose 3365, which indicates a balance that can support a sash in the weight range of 35 through 39 pounds.
