Window Balance ID

Question

Current balance measures Length: 34", Width: just under 1/2", and Depth 7/16"
Balance is ribbed and goes on a single hung tilt window. Windows have no names or markings.
I got a replacement from a local window company and it was too wide and too deep to fit into the channel. The measurement on the balance they gave me was 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep.

I realize that I need a thinner narrower balance, but it seems you do not have them in that length. Any information is greatly appreciated!
