Window Balance Identification

Thanks for your post! I'm confident we have the balances you need but I'll need to see a photo of the top attachment and a photo of the balance pulley in the center of the balance (where the spring and the string meet). 

Unfortunately the stamp from the balance cannot identify the exact replacement you need. It can only tell us the weight range the balances should be able to hold to support the sash weight.

Once I have the requested information, I'll be able to provide you with any accurate recommendation for the replacements.

Your balance can be replaced with either the S351-25 with a 1" shoe or the S390-25 with a 1-1/8". To confirm which of these is the best possible replacement, you'll need to confirm the depth of your shoe.

You can select the 2440 stamp option.
