Window Balance Identification : SWISCO.com

I'm in need of balances for two different sized windows, one is 26-4 ES Caldwell stamp, the other is 20-3 ES Caldwell. Both are 1/2 inch and the footers are a little more than an inch. Picture provided. Thanks.

If you could show us the connecting point between the spring and pulley inside the metal channel, that would help us confirm if our stock balances could work for your repair or if they would need to be special ordered. Thanks for getting back to us. Your photos resemble the S395-27 (2640) and S395-21 (2030). Take a look and compare the specifications to your assembly.
