Window Balance Identification Needed

I need identification of a window balance for this window. The numbers on the side of the balancer say 2740 3. S. I and the letters RJ.

Hello there. I am sure we can help, but that stamp is not an identifier. It just tells us the strength of the channel balance. To know the balance's identity, please remove it from the window and send us clear photos of the nylon attachments at both ends. The combination of attachments will determine the kind of balance you need. See the videos I listed on this page for further guidance. We'll do our best to help from there.

We have removed window. These are the pictures of the balance. Please let me know if this is enough. I have more images.

Thanks for the photos, Arturo. This looks like an S395-28 Channel Balance. For a stamp option, choose 2740. Let us know if you have further questions.
