Hello.

I would like to identify my window balance and purchase (6) of them for my three windows. According to the pictures attached, I'm thinking that the Product Code: S385-33 would be the correct window balance?

Please confirm.

I'd recommend the S380-33 as a possible alternative. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. If you have any further questions just let us know.
