Not sure if this is the correct term. We have a customer whereas the sales rep broke this part. Look like an older window. Hopefully it can be identify via the attached photo

Our 15-180 balance shoe would be my recommendation based on what you show here. This part is designed to use the Series 190 coil springs. We also sell the 15-181 coil support if you needed that. Look these parts over and let me know if you have any questions.
