I am afraid we can only supply the Malta Pivot Shoe, the 15-159. You would need to contact a Malta Dealer for entirely new jamb liners. If they won't help you, contact a mill work, and they should be able to assist you. I apologize we can't be of more help, and good luck with the repair.
