Window Balance + New Window

Question

Hi -
I have two requests here:

1. I need to replace the window balancers in the windows seen in the photograph. Should be 12 pieces. Could you help me identify them?

2. The top right window in the room photo is foggy (the double pane window has been compromised). Is it possible to buy exactly just the top piece of the vertical window set?

As for the fogged glass in your upper sash, unfortunately, that is not something that we can help with but I would recommend contacting a local glass show. They should be able to replace the glass pane and reseal it for you. Thanks for posting!
