Window Balance Part Help
I'm afraid I can't determine what balance assembly you need from these photos. Our service requires clear and unobstructed photos of all parts you wish to have identified. That will require full removal.
Please let me know if that's possible and we can work from there.
I'm sorry for being unclear. One of the pieces we need to see removed is the pivot shoe, shown in your first photo. I don't see that in the removed pictures unfortunately, so I cannot make a recommendation. We need to see the whole thing. Would that be possible?

Thanks again for waiting. This shoe resembles our 15-269 closely, but I am concerned about size. Yours looks like it might be thicker than ours. Review our dimensions below and let me know how they compare. I'm going to guess that yours is 3/4" but we will need confirmation before we can see if this larger size is even something that's still made. Thanks!

Thanks again for your patience. Please see our new 15-274 and 15-175 balance shoes. We believe these will replace your original components, but look them over and please let me know if you had any questions! They're designed to be compatible with the Series 159 coil spring.
