I need to install a set of window balances for a window at my home located in Jacksonville FL. Stamped markings show 24 BSI 4 MI

Thanks for posting. This looks like either our S380-25 or S385-25 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. Compare both with your old balance to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2440.

Thank you very much for the information.

Do the balances come with the screws required for attachment to the window?

Channel balances for non-tilt windows generally don't require screws for installation. See the video below that explains the removal and replacement process.

Thanks for being so helpful. If that's the case I need the clip that gets installed at the top of the windows to hold the balances in place.

Any idea on the part for this?

We may have a good match, but in order to find one you will have to remove the original and show me a photo of it by itself. I'm afraid too much of it is obscured in this photo.

If possible, please show it from the front and side. Think of it like a mugshot. That will narrow down the list of possible replacements considerably.
