Window Balance Parts. Need Help.

A quick learner from Florida says:
I need to replace these sash rods (I think that's what they are called) I know they are 30" long, but I don't know which model the top and bottom shoes are. I need to replace them on both sides of the window so it may not matter?

Please help! Thanks!

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Greetings. It looks like the depth of your bottom balance shoe is 1-3/32", if so you can use S385-30 channel balance. The spring weight stamped 29 4 is our 2940. See the video below for further help if needed.
