Window Balance Pivot lock show

Hi there,

I am hoping you can help with locating a replacement for the broken window balance pivot lock shoe. I have been looking for an exact replacement part without any luck. Attached is a picture of broken pivot lock and the information on the window frame. By the way, the spiral balance has a red tip if that helps any.

Hello! Thanks for confirming the thickness in your most recent post. That helps a lot. Since this pivot shoe occupies a space that is, in total, 17/32", then I recommend our 15-015. This is the same thickness and should be compatible with your old balance and pivot bar.
