Window Balance Replace

Hello,

Thanks for writing in! Your window balance is assembled with the 19-041 Channel Balance Top and will need to be a custom assembly. 

I'll need to know the measurement for the depth of the bottom shoe (front to back) to determine the exact fitting needed for the bottom. I'll also need to know the exact weight of the window sash since the balance channel doesn't have any stamps/markings.

In addition to this information, please confirm the number of balances you would like to purchase. There is a quantity minimum of (2) balances for custom assemblies.
