Window Balance Replacement - 36" - 35DS 35

Question

Hi-

Am in need of replacement 36" window balances stamped 35DS 35 for Lawson SH-7700 hurricane impact windows. Track measures 1/2" and both top and bottom guides are winged (pictures are attached). Given this:

1. It appears top guide 19-005 and bottom shoe 15-005 are needed. Can you pls help confirm?

2. If so, I believe series 380, option 3550 would be the best product to match stamping on existing channel and support the sash appropriately?

Thanks for writing in. This looks like a S380-36 Channel Balance. Your stamp code of 35 DS 35 is for a 35 lb sash; you can get the exact weight of your window sash to confirm this. If that's the case, you can use our stamp option of 3550, which is for a window sash in the weight range of 30 through 35 lbs.
