Need help finding a replacement window balance. The current balance is damaged beyond repair. According to the sticker on the window it is a Cornerstone/Heritage Single Hung NFRC-HGB-K-15 window. As you can see in the pictures provided the stamp on the metal portion of the balance reads: 32C HK5 CMC 5. Any help you can provide would be great.

Greetings Dale. This balance system is pretty unique. We don't have anything exactly like it, but our S795-32 Tilt Channel Balance is our closest match. The channel is 32" long and counting the 1-1/4" T-Lock shoe that comes attached, it comes to a total 32-7/8" long. The stamp option you would choose is 32C. Look it over, and let us know if you think this could work for you.
