Window Balance Replacement

Hello,

Looking for the correct balance to buy.

stamp: 32 4 KV CMC 9

metal portion only measures: 32 7/8

Has plastic end pieces on both ends

Hello, thank you for posting,

To further review, we will need to see the balance fully removed from the window with clear images of the top and bottom attachments. We will also need to see the inside of the metal channel where we can see the connection point between the spring and the pulley.

I am hesitant towards the length. These balances usually end on a full inch increment. Please double check the length and we can further review. Thank you!

Whoops, yeah it's 33 inches even measured metal end to metal end. Here are some better pics with the channel as well. Thanks!

That's a huge help, thanks! Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-333 or S385-33, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
