Window Balance Replacement / Shoe

Question

I recently contacted your company to identify a broken "shoe" as well as getting replacent balamce parts for a 20lb double hung window. I miscommunicated some of the information. The invoiced materials I received are most likely correct and i have attached a copy of that invoice. It is the shoe I now need your help with. I have attached a photo of the broken shoe. It is close to 1 3/16 to 1 1/4" wide, 1 3/8" in height from bottom to top, and 5/8" deep.

That said, would it be best for me to just do a spiral balance replacement, and if so can you please provide assistance on that as well?

Hello, thanks for posting. Since you've already purchased the coil springs S152-5 you'll only need the 15-175 pivot shoe. It's not possible to convert from a coil balance to a spiral balance, so you'll have to stick to what your windows originally had. Hope this helps.
