I'm looking to replace 4 window sash balances. Can you help me identify them? I've attached photos. The only number I can see on the part is 2400.

Hey Mark. See if the metal channel is 20" in length. If so, this looks like our S775-20. You'll need to select a stamp option & shoe size. A stamp code of 2020 likely corresponds to a stamp option of 20B; you'll then just need to confirm if the wedge shoe you need is 1" or 1-1/4" wide.
