Hello, I am looking for (3) 28 inch window replacement balances. I had ordered them from you before, in June of 2020.

We can assist with replacement balances, but we will need to determine which series you have. To further review, we will need to see the balance removed from the window with clearer images of the top and bottom attachments. Please also provide a picture of the stamped number on the metal channel as well.
Review the videos on the page for assistance! From there we can get a clearer idea of the balance needed for the window. Thank you!

It appears that the top and bottom attachments are winged out. With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.
You will need a 28" balance with a 2730 stamp option that can support a 13 to 19 lbs window sash. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
