Window Balance Spring

Question

My double hung window is removable but non-tilting. It weighs about 27 lbs. I believe it was made by Pacific Hardware Corp. The spring metal housing measures 27 inches end to end. I found a part number on housing and enhanced it with black marker. Before ordering, I want to make sure I have the correct part to get complete replacement hardware for this spring.

Hello! It looks like you have a 1" deep bottom balance shoe, which would make this a S380-27 balance. Please compare that part to what you have, quickly. If it all matches, the spring code "26 4" would be "2640," for a sash weighing between 19 and 26 pounds.
