Window Balance Spring

"27E BSI FA" etched on back. I ordered a part that I was told was the same, but the shoe and the clip on top are very different and don't fit my window. What part do I actually need?

I'm afraid your photos didn't come in. Could you try uploading them again? I would recommend reducing the file size so that the photos themselves aren't too large.

Yes, this is perfect. I understand now. This definitely looks like our S795-26, but with a hook on top instead of the default screen tab.

That settles that, but you also mentioned that the shoe is different. I don't see a shoe in your photo to confirm what you need instead. Can you show me that?

This will have to be a custom made balance, but fortunately they're not too complicated. Once I can ID the shoe I will email you an order link and price quote for 2.
