A 15" Long x 1/2" wide spring came loose from one side of a large window in my home.
The window will not stay open on the side that this spring had been installed.
Can you help me identify the part and advise whether you have parts needed for replacement.

Hello,
I can't be sure but I suspect that your spring may be from a channel balance. If so, there's a good chance that we can help but we would need to see the entire assembly fully removed from the window. See our video below and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you.
