Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-228 pivot shoe that is compatible with the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil springs. Compare below to confirm a good fit!

For a 15 pound window sash you can use (1) S160-07 coil spring on each side of the window along with the 15-150S cover. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
