Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. Can you also measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you find?

Hi,
I added a picture of "innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism".
Bottom shoe depth is ~1 3/32" (picture attached).

Thank you kindly! Based on these photos and since your shoe is 1-3/32" deep. I recommend you have a look at the S385-27. You can also select the 2650 stamp option for your replacements.
