Window Balance Spring

Question

Hello,

I just want to confirm the correct part number for my window channel balance before I place the order.

Here are the measurements of my current channel balance.
Width=1/2"
Length=27"
Marking on my channel balance has "26 4 CW CMC 10". I also took a picture (see attachment).

I plan to order the series 380 2640 with the 15-005 shoe. The shoe on my current balance has a depth of 1" which matches the 15-005.

Do I have the correct part number? Is there anything else I need to order to replace my window channel balance?

Thanks for posting! I received your picture, but it only appears to be of your stamp. Assuming the nylon attachments on either end match the 19-005 (top) and 15-005 (bottom), then the Series 380 would be the best match.
