Window Balance Spring Replacement

Hello, I am looking for replacement balance springs for our window. The metal channels are 34" long. The top looks exactly like your 19-005. You don't appear to have an exact replacement for the shoe, but it looks like your 15-004 will work. The stamp says 33-6, so I am guessing I will need the S385-34 with the 3350 option. Does that sound right? Thanks!

Sure! As long as the size of your shoe matches our 15-004 I think that's a great choice. The only thing that concerns me is your choice in option. 33-6 often corresponds to our 3360 option, which is not currently standard for the S385-34. Can you confirm the weight of your sash?
